My life has given me experiences that most people never face — and those experiences shape how I support others through severe trauma, extreme pain, and addiction.

My life has included severe chronic pain beginning in childhood, sexual abuse, severe addiction, betrayal, and years of being misunderstood and displaced — including time in prison for something I didn’t do. These experiences might have scared me, but they taught me empathy and compassion that cannot be learned in textbooks or classrooms.
Being sexually abused from birth and a lifetime of addiction, for more than 15 years (beginning at 8 years old) I started suffering with Chronic Cluster Headaches, the worst pain known to modern medicine.
Here I am 35 years later, having navigated all life had to throw at me, I’m well equipped to help other people who feel like support is out of their reach — people who have been told that they’re too broken; people who are ashamed or for people where help has failed in the past.

Empathy is not learned in school. It must be lived, endured and overcome to guide other trauma survivors to a life of grounded love and compassion.
School cannot teach this type of experience.
